One of the two trains is the one Doc Brown uses for his journeys in time after Back to Future III ... and that one has just reached to speed to dematerialize.
2nd answer:
There is no hint that your two trains speed onto the bridge at the same time. So as long as the riddle doesn't say "Another train coming from the opposite direction at the same time, ..." there is no problem at all.
3rd answer:
This is RN. They have thousands of these magic one track rails there.

Neither train can stop on the bridge. So the train will have to stop before the bridge and will continue after the first train has left the bridge.

Because the train already on the bridge was fast enough to cross the bridge just in time to get to the other side when the other train came whizzing by within seconds of the first train crossing to the railway line that became two tracks on the other side of the bridge.
