The help says:
Player prestige: sum of the prestige of the top 100 players of the region, multiplied by 0.005.
What if a region has less players? Say region A has 60 players and region B has 40, what happens?
1. Does region A have a numeric advantage simply because they've zerged the region?
2. Is the number of player taken into account capped at the number of player in the smallest region? (eg. sum of the prestige of the top 40 players)
3. Is the average taken into account? =SUM(A1, A60)/60*40
3 seems complicated.
2 is fair.
1 is the simpler solution, but unfair, especially when a large difference in players is observable.
