When the announcement was posted some time ago, RN expected to launch the new scenario in the second quarter of 2019, so my guess is within 2 months (unless something has changed).

The new map will launch in May on different servers at different times. The exact details will be shared in time.
Most of the news will be posted on our facebook page, but of course they will eventually end up in the forums and there will also be a blog about the new map.

Will we be able to move gold/plus account from a classic or east/west server to Origin?

I am really interested in playing the new version but need to lose at least one of my current servers.

can i transfer gold from RU15 (i am just a vegetable there, just gold farming) to the new server?

You can convert it to Plus account and transfer that, as long as you have purchased the minimum package
