Compensation after restarted the server RO02 Cutia de foc

    On December 12, 2019, on server RO02 Cutia de foc had just held Endgame the last day, when the server could not be accessed because of technical issues which have written the post entitled "Technical issues on 12th of December 2019" Technical issues on 12th of December 2019


    We should receive compensation and we who we played when this server. Compensation after restarted the server. Right?

    Yes, if the EG was already finished when the compensation was sent, then the compensation will be delivered when the server restarts. This is how we handle all affected servers no matter the domain.


    If you wish to know more about RO servers and the compensation there, I would contact the Community Manager of RO domain. I'm not familiar with RO02 or when the compensation was sent, or will be sent. In any case all affected servers will receive the compensation at some point.

  • That was not the answer on the previous server of El Escorial, when we played the final we had a fall. We were able to finish but we were not compensated.

    Hi. I had to remove parts of your message, but I will still try to give a general answer that should clear things up.


    Due to technical issues, players had trouble using our services for a short while on Thursday.


    When a Community Manager sends the compensation to the affected game worlds of their domain, the compensation can only be sent to worlds that are online and running.


    Example: M1 Nordic Rail server experienced these issues, and was in Endgame. Endgame was finished soon after these issues, and so compensation could not be sent anymore. Now we will wait until the server restarts, and then the compensation will be sent.


    ➡️ Summary: When CM of domain X sends the compensation, it will be sent to those worlds that are online when sending the compensation. If server X was online (in any era or Endgame) when the compensation was sent, case closed. If server X was offline, compensation will be sent when the same server restarts.
