🔀 Sidetracked Bugs

    This thread is for sidetracked bugs.


    Sometimes players report bugs in threads where an ongoing discussion can get interrupted. These sidetracked bugs now have a new home, and will be moved to this thread.


    Please remember the forum crew cannot solve technical bugs or account related issues. Game support is for that purpose.

  • The missing 'jump to bottom' button on all of the industry ranking screens is still missing, and the 'jump to top' button is still there, which makes no sense as the rankings all open at the top already and it is impossible to scroll down to the bottom if you have 500 industries and are only allowed to page down 5 at a time (equals more than 100 button presses if the ranking screen does not freeze before you get there).


    Simply put, the 'jump to top' button should have been a 'jump to bottom' button.

    Especially on the industry investment tab ranking but it is a problem on all of the rankings tabs.


    It shouldn't take that long to fix this either, just change the effect of the already existent but useless 'jump to top' button.

    You can probably get it done before I reach the bottom of my next 0 investment industry search :P

    And did you contact our game support yet? That would be helpful as this bug does not show on all servers or for all players.

    That is on NL201 Euromast. We have a service-event. Most trains cost more than 600.000 to service.

    When you select them all together, it gives the correct price, but then says you don't have enough money. Even if you have more than 2 million.

    Thanks for the info. It looks like NL-201 is the only server affected and our team is working on it.

    I think there are more servers affected, all who have the cheap maintenance event. But working on it now is 8 hours to late. It was known last night. Than there shuold be taken action. Now almost everybody lost lots of money which isn't compensated yet. People cant use workers because their money is vaporized. Double lost of money, buying workers for nothing.

    the event with the 50% maintenance cost reduction is over

    we can now pay the normal prices for maintenance again

    I hope the team is still working on that bug. I had reported the bug to the support, but haven't even received a reply yet.

    A little hint: the %-sign was probably forgotten in the calculation, so we had to pay 50 times the price

    an apology and not sooner than Monday, you are kidding me?????????????????????????????

    what about the money???????? NL201 is affected with all faults Travian could have made, started in the wrong configuration. Twice already this fault with maintenance. What else do we have to swallow?

    Since we have all kind of troubles at this round of NL201 Euromast this token of apology should be very generous!

  • why is it i cannot start the game, it is not in english asking for my email address it looks like german. i have no idea what to do. sucks

    The game probably wants you to activate your account. You will have gotten an email with instructions (in the language your registred in) on how to do it.

    The error with German activation popups is known and we are working on a solution.

  • On the app, you still can't switch between servers, the server will not load.

    You need to completely shut down the mobile phone, restart it then re open the app and reload the server you want. This is ridiculous, time consuming and extremely annoying.

    If it ain't Dutch, it ain't much!
