What do you mean by that?
Does it mean that the first city defines what the others carry, but that for more or less tons?

Yep, it's based on the Classic scenario. Of course with altered features that will have quite the impact, but the basic feature set and the map are the same.

Yes, the city with the highest level defines the amount of required goods in the endgame for ALL remaining megacities, regardless of their level. So keeping the level of your city low intentionally for the endgame is not an advantage anymore.

pitty, stil fights over stupid majortities to gain little prestige and used as harrasement. The biggest spoiler of the entire game. And free haulers profit over city haulers like parasites.

more prestige hunting by investing than because because less prestige is payed with city deliveries.

is it planned to nerf pp-pax and competitions aswell? currently, already, pax drivers and comp drivers are dominating and reducing the pp from city deliveries accelerates that effect.

also, due to the distribution changing to levelup, as soon as i count as active once, i can ignore that city (for even up to a week) until it levels, assuming my only purpose for that city is keeping their consumption high?

City prestige for level-ups

• City prestige is no longer awarded daily, but only when the city reaches a new level.
• The prestige is distributed for all goods, no matter if the good is replaced or not.

Does that mean, e.g. when the city levels from level 10 to 11, that you get PP for all 12 goods which were delivered so far? Repsectively do you also get PP for goods which are not displayed anymore in the "other goods" section in the city screen, when the city is like level 30?

Yes, and possibly the dawn of RailNation as people leave the game in droves.

So that the levels are not kept artificially. The warehouse volume should not depend on these levels at all, but only on active players.

And then, in fact, nothing has changed for the final, it is also more profitable to gather in one city with the whole crowd and "roll back" the final. And those who did not break into this "movement" in their hometown will not be able to do anything.

Not for this episode, no.

But city players gets prestige from deliveries to their factories on factories lvlups, which pax drivers wouldn't be able to abuse as good as they did with the 20+ low level villages.

So it will be a battle between investment + competition prestige against prestige from investments, city lvlup and deliveries to the factories, so it can be interesting.
