Yes. Super Starter Package and preregistration are in different features independent from each other.

My take on it is that the super starter package gives you the extended noobie period & the other benefits whenever you start
Era 2 should not make a difference

I also bought the super starter and pre registered my question is what did I register for? So far nothing saying here is your new game has popped up

The contents of the Super Starter Package will be delivered even if you start at a later era, as long as it is the server that starts right after the one where you made the purchase.
