There is a known bug for some players. Best write a ticket because there is some metadata included which the devs need to fix it.

you have to send in a ticket, it's a common bug for a lot. Tech needs to change some settings. At this forum nobody can help you with it

Yes I know how it may feel strange to contact the game support while not seeing earlier answers from them to your tickets. This is why it is good to report them the issue that you are not getting responses, as your message does reach the support. I do not know how many players have faced this issue, but support can help you see their answers again.
For whoever is in this situation too, I have received a reply from the support team, it's going to take, quote, "some few weeks" to fix this, but they are working on it.
