Android app doesn't work, crashes at launch

I have the same problem. I redownloaded the app and it still crashes. I installed it in my sisters phone and opens smoothly as ever. Something is happening with some brands of phones.

For me, the same problem is. Great the new update. Despite clearing the cache, it does not work. Thank you

uninstalled and reinstalled app, clear cache, the usual stuff. Crashes at launch. NOT COOL!
