Android app instead of getting better gets worse

  • The app doesn't seem to be of any priority.. They prefer to implentate new things instead of making things work.. They only forget if they continue this way they may have figured out all kind of new things but no players who can try out... :p

    I´m sorry for your bad experience with the app version of the game.
    We know there are issues which are caused by old generation ( Java ) built.
    We are working on a totaly new app on HTML5 which we aim to resolve these issues and make your gameplay better.
    We will keep the community informed via blogposts and forum / discord about testing and release dates.

    Different players describe different behavior. You should also note that applications have minimum requirements and based on your device the application can behave differently. Old phones can have much longer loading times etc.

    On the contrary, many players reported much better app behavior after the recent update. The update was only changing some backend parts for the future bigger update where we plan to issue some bug fixes and other changes.

    Please open the support ticket and provide all details possible on your device, recent app update and your experience. Thank you.

  • Yes same issues here.. Starting several Times before getting in; can't open messages... Just a few of the things already shown up.
    Good job AGAIN rail nation....!!!

    And NO, won't sent more tickets since none of them will be solved.. Although the previous 50 didn't have any effect so not worth the effort.. Maybe this public shaming will do.. :p

  • The current app is based on the old Flash version of the client and therefore becomes more and more incompatible with current technologies. We are working on a completely new version of the app based on our html5 client.
