Slow game

    ich benötige auf allen 4 servern, die ich zur Zeit spiele, für ein durchlaufendes, funktionierendes Video (unabhängig von der Play-Taste mindestens 2 Minuten, bis ein neues (dann noch nicht immer ordnungsgemäß durchlaufendes Video mit bonus-Gutschrift) erfolgt

    in verschiedenen threads (im deutschen Forum) wurde darauf hingewiesen, nichts tut sich

    - einfach blamabel ||

    FF, windows 10 (upgrade von 7)


    RN ist laut Eigenwerbung kostenlos

    ich investiere kein reales Geld in Gold, Bonusloks, +acc etc

    Winning a free lottery ticket takes more than 10 seconds for it to appear.

    Clicking a city to get delivery information is more than 10 seconds.


    Way slower than normal for about 48 hours now.

  • We are looking into the issue however on the first glance there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the servers themselves.
    Could you please provide us with a traceroute to the affected servers?

    In windows, open the Windows search box and type in cmd and then open the command prompt.
    In the prompt type in tracert URL and press enter. Take a screenshot or copy the result and post it here.

    That is all I get up. Sorry.
    But I can tell you my affected servers.. ALL of them :)

    But seriously..
    M1.201 Scandinavia
    COM 02 Firebox
    COM 201 Big Ben
    COM 101 Rocky Mountains
    INT 401 Rosen

    My wife plays on the same servers as me, and has huge lag issues also.
    I play on Opera, while she plays on Google Chrome.
    There is an endgame coming up on M1.201 Scandinavia, and it will be unplayable if this lag continues.
    I hope you can figure out why things are so damn slow.

  • It might be related to the floods we recently had in Europe. There are still parts without power and some of the internet infrastructure has been destroyed completely.
    You might be getting routed differently at the moment which could affect your connectivity to our servers.


    Now, regarding your error, it sounds like an issue with your DNS configuration or cache.
    Could you do a DNS flush and then try again the traceroute?

  • Ok, no worries.
    We are investigating the connectivity via VPN ourselves from different locations around the world.
    Also looking into another possible cause with our provider right now as for certain actions we could reproduce the issue you are describing.

    I'm in the south of the Netherlands and I don't have much problems, more in short dips.

    Yes, I'm having the same problem from UK on server Loch Ness com202. Unplayable at times with a lag of 10s+ for each mouse click.
