When I clicked on the Important Announcement icon, it didn't respond, so I still haven no idea what the Important Announcement is 
UPDATE:
After the browser had refreshed on it's own because it hanged, I could then read the Important Notice advising that there would be maintenance....
Selected a good to supply to another good, and then clicked on Add A Previous Stop and it does not respond.
Whilst watching videos in the Train Station, message pops up telling me that the bonus has been collected by another player, however, I haven't even joined an association yet. So that simply can't be true.
Let me know if you need further information.
