Why Haven't I got the last task accounted for - I connected a city, and it was not counted, and I didn't receive winter points. Why?

I connected a city 20 minutes ago and haven't it counted as a task to be fulfilled, and got no winter points. Why is that?

on servers 101 and 201 after playing a video, one doesn't get the prize.

WOW, everything is ok, the problem solved. Thank you.

Yes, I finally did. I'm in the process of extending my factories network, but the problem with the railcars window is still there.

S-2 server. I just won a license in a competition, got a message confirming it from the System, but it is not there, even after logging out and in.
-
Yes, of course, when they become available. But the problem occured some 3 days ago, after the last maintenance, and was not there when I was connected to less factories. At the moment I cannot log in.

Yes, of course. The problem is still there, I avoid it by using a mobile application.

Hey, in s-201 one cannot buy railroad cars! The bug is still there, I reported it 17 hours ago. When opening the railroads box, there's this jumping void space and that's it. No way to take any action and no information about the cars one has. PLEASE!

In the train box, when opening the "railcars" sub-box, there's an jumping void space, no way to see what cars you have, no way to buy cars etc. It's the BIG BEN server, era 2.

I just bought a licence - that's what I thought. I was the only bidder, I raised the amount, although there were 2 licences offered, and...
Guess what? Nothing.

the text on the right is cut, plus , after opening the news window, at first it shows the unread news, but then, when I want to scroll down, it doesn't scroll to the bottom, to the latest news, rather the opposite, it jumps to the top, to the oldest news. pretty annoying.

s203 - I enetered a competition, my trains brought goods 2-3 seconds after the beginning, the good (iron ore) was about 2,5 minutes from the city, and apart from the fact that the timing was already 2/3 or the real time, after 1 minute of the clock running I saw 4 players who already FINISHED! how is it possible? please do something, because it is unbearable. and it doesn't seem to be a bug - I received a message that I came 5th.

I'm on s203 - in my case the competition time was supposed to be 34 mins, but the moment it started and I clicked on it - the time remaining showed 12 mins.

on s2 I have the same problem with profit for a purchased license. I read your answer so I'll patiently wait .

Hey, I'm sorry I didn't write sooner. I solved the problem - it must have been something with Safari . I installed Chrome and it works every time now. It's strange, because I tried everything on Safari and it didn't help. Now it's fine for me. Thanks.
-
As far as I'm concerned, I haven't been able to download for the last 2 days even once, so for me the problem is permanent. Without being able to download, continuing in the game seems pointless. If a number of people have this problem, is anything being done to have it solved at the source?

Ok, here is how DNS flush should work on your operating system:
1. Launch Terminal, and type below command first.
2. Type the following and press Enter:
sudo dscacheutil -flushcache; sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder
3. Then it will ask to enter a password. Enter your Mac login password and hit Enter.
And this should be the procedure to delete single cookies from Safari:
1. Select the gear icon to open Safari's menu and select Preferences.2. Select the Privacy tab, then select Details.
3. Search for railnation and rail-nation and remove the cookies.
Hey, deleting cookies did not help.
I couldn't flush the DNS because, for some strange reason, the computer did not accept my password - the password I use all the time
