    Sorry for the late answer!

    I checked it with our support and it seems like the devs from the ticket system needs to fix it because the system doesn't log in your account correct.


    It should be enough if you write a new ticket to the support, describing the problem and including your account name and e-mail address.


    You can also write messages via the ticket system without being properly logged in.

    To be on the safe side I just had another talk with one of our Devs.

    The general login and performance problems that exist since we switched to HTML5 have nothing to do with the server traffic. It's the same as in Flash, which means that everyone who has the problems now would have had them in Flash before. This was not the case (at least for most of the players who contact us here). Therefore we are currently trying to focus on the problems that came with HTML5. But that doesn't exclude the possibility that as soon as we have found a solution here, we will have a look at the performance server side again.

    Could you may open the browser console with F12 and take a look at which point the loading stops in the network tab, and if there is an error displayed in the Console tab? That could help to find the problem.

    Could you tell me on which server you playing on?

    In the new HTML5 version we fixed the bug that the demote function doesn't work correct, so after 7 days inactivity of your chair your deputies should have the options to demote the chair via the player context menu.

    You shouldn't use Internet Explorer in General :/

    Like tibi1967 said, could it help if you update your Edge browser to the newst (chromium) Version.

    In the newst version HTML5 works better :)
