    That is due to the reason that there are seperated "video pools" for browser and mobile.

    thanks for your report! Unfortunately there's not much to do about this. If the app tells you there are no videos left to watch that's because there are no videos left to watch meaning there's only a certain share of videos and once that's "used up" (meaning if a lot of people watch videos) it takes some time until there are more videos available AKA all you can do is wait and try again later.

    Aw, no! It's rarely ever just you guys! There's just certain bugs/problems that are difficult to reproduce, because they can have very specific causes that we just don't know of, but I am always determined to find out!

    That looks like the tooltip is not updating correctly, meaning the button should show the right amount of money.

    Could you tell me what you did before that issue occured (e.g. sitting a player, connecting a city etc.), because so far I wasn't able to reproduce this. I will keep an eye on it either way.

    Concerning your problems with the mobile application -- unless you got any error messages it'll be difficult to figure out what's wrong. I'm still thinking about what it could be, though, so if I ever come up with something I'll definitly hit you up.

    In the video you send us, could you translate what each of the windows that popped up said? Maybe that would help us in the progress. (But please let's move to the actual thread for further discussions regarding this.)

    i will leave for work in 10 minutes, not return until 7 hours later, and since i cannot play in the cellphone applicatioin because it doesnt work for me (maybe because my account is broken?? (O_O) ?? ) i will not be logging in into any server in this time.

    As far as I can tell, there might really be something wrong with your account?! Maybe really change your name into something that's only letters.

    What you can try is deleting all app data from your phone, following these steps:

    1. Tap Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage.
    2. In the top section (Storage), tap Manage Storage.
    3. Select an app that's taking up a lot of space.
    4. Take a look at the entry for Documents & Data. If this is taking up more than 500MB, it's worth deleting and reinstalling the app to clear the space.
    5. Tap Delete App, then head to the App Store to re-download it. This will be a clean install without all the data and documents.

    Might not help, but you never know.

    Alright. For me just the server name was missing. I've been contacting the devs about this, maybe one of them can help somehow, because I really have no ideas anymore. We might hijack your account some more today, but I can't promise anything.

    The good news is that I have the same issue logging in with your account. The bad is, that I don't get any error messages or anything that could help me to figure out why. As you see I'm trying all kinds of different things. (Like making our names match.)

    It seems like the language packages for Japanese don't get uploaded for your account but I can't figure out why and how to fix it. Playing in English seems possible, though? Only the server names don't get displayed, right?

    I'll keep looking into this and will let you know if I figure something else out. As about right now I can only advise you to change your name into something without the stars, because this and that's what catched me curious is, that the stars don't show up in the server for some reason, while for me, after changing my name into something with stars, they did. I don't think that this will fix the problem, but you could try.

    I'm playing on my iPhone as well and I don't have any problems whatsoever. We do have an iPhone 6 here for testing purposes, so I'll try to recreate your issue and then hit you up again. Sorry for the inconveniences, but I really can't say how to fix this from here right now.

    I just checked and it looks alright for me. Maybe tell them to clear their cache and if that doesn't fix it, pls notify me again. :)
