    Yes still occurring. Go right ahead try it for yourself. I've tried to send Vid of prob to customer disservice, but as it only accepts 2 kb it wouldn't attach.


    On a side note, your bug report is a joke right? I'm surprised the roaches running around the office weren't listed by name. Really , Lucy and tutorial are the biggest concerns. Might want to clear your cache and stop eating the cookies.

    Can anyone help resolve timetable locking up the game? Customer Disservice refuses to help. Selecting a train then Timetable it will try to open the screen then lock up until it opens the chat window then goes terminal hold forcing a restart. & yes cache, cookies cleared, fresh restart and the standard lame suggestions from Disservice.

    Does this problem still occur? On which server are you playing? Would you allow us to log into your account to see if we can reproduce this? A screenshot of your console could also be helpful!

    First impression after 1 hour gaming with html 5 version:

    wtf.... the performance is horrible... its too slow

    It wasn´t fast with flash, but with html 5 its almost unplayable

    Do you regularly delete your cache? HTML5 runs much smoother once the assets are loaded into the cache, hence, why it usually works much better once you've logged in again after the first time.

    thank you for your report! We are actually aware of that bug and as far as I am concerned it should be fixed in the HTLM5 version that will go live on all servers soonish, so fear not!

    Do you mean you can still watch videos that were already watched or you can't?
    If you can watch all of them still that is working as intended and not a bug.

    there have been hardware errors that caused the crash on the weekend. Everything is fixed now and it was made sure it can't happen again. We're terrible sorry for the inconveniences!

    I'm not sure if I understand what you mean. Is it that it displayed the wrong association as a winner, or that you got the impression that the other assiciation could still bid after the time went up? Please if you could clarify that for me.

    thanks for you report! However, the videos on mobile come from a different "pool" than the ones in the browser, so it's entirely possible that the "mobile pool" is empty while the browser one is not.

    Regarding the problems with the Sun Bingo video: We're already working on getting that fixed. Thanks for letting us know regardless!
